Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to enquiries and bookings arranged by Antway EduTours, operated by ANTWAY RESEARCH FOUNDATION.

General Refund Basis

Refund eligibility depends on the service type, supplier terms, booking stage, travel date and cancellation timing. Website package prices are starter prices; final payment and refund terms are confirmed in the written quote or booking confirmation.

Non-Refundable Items

Some costs may be non-refundable once arranged, including confirmed hotel deposits, attraction tickets, permits, transport reservations, guide allocations, payment gateway charges, last-minute cancellations and no-show situations.

Approved Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will normally be processed to the original payment method where possible. Bank, payment gateway or international transfer timelines may vary; typical processing can take 7 to 15 business days after approval.
