Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to services arranged by Antway EduTours, operated by ANTWAY RESEARCH FOUNDATION.

How To Cancel

Cancellation requests should be sent in writing by email to antway@antwayedutours.in or by WhatsApp to +91 9003839220. The cancellation time is counted from when we receive the written request.

Cancellation Charges

Charges depend on the travel date, supplier policies, vehicle and guide arrangements, tickets, permits, hotel commitments and other confirmed costs. Any applicable cancellation fee will be shared before processing the cancellation.

Rescheduling

Where possible, we will try to reschedule a tour or service subject to availability, supplier approval and any price difference. Rescheduling is not guaranteed for last-minute requests or fixed-date services.

No-Show and Late Arrival

No-show, late arrival or unused services after arrangements have started may not be eligible for refund.

Changes By Us

If a service must be changed because of weather, safety, access restrictions, supplier disruption or other unavoidable conditions, we will offer a practical alternative where possible.
